Monthly PTSA Reports
Treasurers Reports:
In "Money Matters",
a publication by the WA State PTA, it
says that without an approved budget
the PTSA does not have the authority to spend
money for any purpose.
The budget is approved annually
in the spring by the general membership.
As to the monthly treasurer's report...the
"Money Matters" book says
that "A detailed, written financial report must be provided at every meeting of
the board of directors and every meeting of the membership."
Both of these reports will be available to view on this website on a regular basis.
Meeting Minutes:
The PTSA secretary records minutes of all
board meetings and general membership meetings throughout the year.
